A. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2020.
B. As regards the minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured.
i. Forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories
ii. Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
C. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2020 are also eligible to appear in the CLAT-2020 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
• Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English
• All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2021.
• Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2021. The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and
degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2021.
