Job Description

Executing and enhancing the support systems in providing best facilities

Ensure smooth student faculty coordination for student development

• Maintaining and managing the records both in Hard and Soft formats

• Student Attendance management – Ensure entry of leave in software etc

• Supporting students in website access and resolve their issues in coordination with IT team

• Maintaining and managing the library – software updation of issue, return, coding, missing and lost books/magazines

• Assisting faculties with student issues like leaves, extra lectures, grievances and other queries

• Encouraging Cost Savings

• Maintaining cordial relations with vendor for better prices and services

• Monitoring the work and discipline of housekeeping staff

Graduate – B.Com, B.Sc, B.B.A or any other

Minimum Experience

1 year
