Endeavor has made an impact on me since the first day I visited their office for a general informational counselling session. The highly qualified and trained faculty at Endeavor does not just focus on teaching their students how to crack entrance exams; they are also excellent career counsellors as well as mentors. The exhaustive course material is designed to prepare students well and beyond the fathomable boundaries of any entrance exam. That, coupled with the enthusiastic and innovative teaching techniques of each faculty member gave me what I needed to go from not knowing anything about CAT or similar exams, to a level where I was able to comfortably score high percentiles in mock CATS and FLTs (full length tests). I didn’t just learn the concepts I needed to know, but at Endeavor I was able to learn how to identify my strengths and use that to my benefit. The guidance, encouragement, and support along with the teaching at Endeavor does not end with the last entrance exam, that journey continues until you take the next step and for me it was getting into a good B-school. I will be forever thankful for everything I have learned from my time at Endeavor, and will always be grateful for the round the clock guidance and attention from each faculty member.

"What I carried with me when I joined Endeavor was just a vague dream. A dream to be in good B-school. Just that! I didn't know how am I going to achieve it. Discussions, Debates, Arguments and Deliberation over questions and problems with faculty and classmates helped me understand the intricacies of entrance exam questions.

The GD/PI training experience, on the other hand, is also commendable and worth describing. The preparations is very focused to the calls you get. Having GD/PI under IIM alumnus is an experience worth having for. The preparation takes the fear out of you to stand in a group discussion or facing interview panel. It instils in you the confidence to perform in GD/PI. The extensive content preparation and numerous rounds of Mock GD/PI made me sufficiently equipped to face any type of GD or Interview.

Lastly, I would like to say that joining Endeavor was indeed a best and sensible decision I made for my career. The association with Endeavor would be the one, I would cherish for life."

As what I think, the most important thing about being successful in an MBA entrance exam is to have belief in yourself. And that is what I learnt at Endeavor. The belief of the faculties in me made me believe in myself and it’s only because of them that i am here at SCMHRD.

Now what is so great about Endeavor?

This place has got the faculty from across various top management colleges of our country. And above all, all of them have a good amount of industry experience in various sectors. So not only during the class sessions of the preparation part but also the preparation for the GD/PIs are going to be superbly oriented towards what really needs to be done.

For me, the time spent at Endeavor was one of the best of my life and I am pretty much sure it will be the same for everyone who is really serious about MBA.

As far as the course material and the mock tests are concerned, it is simply the best formulated one in the business as it believes in crossing the hurdles in steps. And believe me when you break your goals in steps, it becomes really easy to achieve it. The number of Full length test ( the so called FLTs) are going to test you on all of the parameters like the speed, analytical skills, time management. I came across a lot many patterns of the question paper during FLTs and on the day of CAT , I was pretty much sure that there is no pattern of questions I would see which is going to surprise me and it did happen. Personal counselling is done too to point out one’s strength and weaknesses. Also you are told about the ways to overcome those weaknesses.

It’s been wonderful time for me at Endeavor and I hope the Endeavor of this group of motivated people leaves a mark in everyone’s life who is planning a career in management as it has done to me.

About Endeavor, I will start with the very first day when I came to meet the career advisor; I still remember his words ”If you actually want to study then only join Endeavor else don’t join it”. I joined Endeavor at the end of January 2008 and till the end of February 2008 I had realized that this is not going to be easy. We had regular tests and home exercises to be completed and sometimes I felt that it was a real heavy load on my head, Then came our summer vacations which were actually kidnapped by Endeavor.

The best part of Endeavor started when we actually started giving our Mocks and FLTs. We used to give test in the morning and analyse paper in the afternoon and then solve the whole paper. We were motivated and sometimes even scolded by our faculties for our scores.  Then the D day came and we gave CAT. I actually performed badly but in the end still managed to score 92 pc. It was the faculty who actually helped me come out of this shock. It was only due to their encouragement that I motivated myself and prepared hard for other competitive exams too.

The best part of Endeavor was its care for its students.

I really liked the course structure for CAT preparation. At the start did not like the zero module as it was very easy and never wanted to do it. But as i went through up to the CAT essential module, i realised that the course design was one of the most important aspect of Endeavor. The rise in the level of difficulty of questions at each stage eases the process to solve the actual CAT type questions. I also liked the discipline of Endeavor and there involvement in each student. The stress on reading novels and editorials really improved my vocabulary, which was my weakness. After the FLT's i was very confident of me getting at least 98%ile at cat.

I joined Endeavor in June 2007 after consulting numerous seniors. The small batch size and the individual attention given by the faculty made me confident in my efforts. The material provided by them was also exceptional and had a lot of variety in all the sections. But more importantly the different methods to solve the questions were discussed extensively by the faculty. The importance was given to the path and not to the destination. The quality and variety of questions in the test series and a thorough analysis of each & every MOCKCAT provided me the confidence to crack CAT. The extensive mock GDs and PIs conducted by the team helped me in clearing the 2nd round of the process as well. The admission I secured in one of the top colleges in India is only because of the extensive training and guidance of the Team Endeavor.

The best thing about the team at Endeavor is that they not only imbibe the hunger to achieve in every student, but they themselves go all the way to ensure that each student has achieved his/her maximum. The dedication of the team is unmatched. The exhaustive pedagogy combined with the very competitive and rigorous test series bring out for every student their respective areas of improvement. I really appreciate the mentorship and motivation provided to me during my stay at Endeavor, especially the rigorous GD/PI training. Above all, the unique ‘work & fun’ culture is also a great facet of Endeavor.

I still remember the first day at Endeavor when we were asked why we wanted to do MBAs and we were told to brush up our tables. As each valuable day passed and the CAT came closer, each of us realized that joining Endeavor was the best decision each of us could've taken to change our careers for the better. Each session made us more and more confident about the huge task ahead - to crack the CAT. If you felt your tempo was dropping, Endeavor was there, if you felt you needed more attention on even a minor detail, Endeavor was there. The faculties gave their heart and soul for each student and the personal level of interaction was just like home.

Soon came our FLTs and I remember how we juggled our college timings with those at Endeavor to not miss out on the feedback.  A day before CAT, well it was as ordinary as the others cause the FLTs had toughened us up to expect the unexpected and yet come out a winner. Then came the day long Mock GD & PI sessions. Each session was a different experience for the challenge ahead. We were targeting the best colleges in the country and they needed the right combination of smart, attitude and information. We got exactly that at Endeavor - the memory of which will probably never go.

Choosing a right place to get MBA guidance can make all the difference between making it to a top 10 B-school and just another MBA. After my stint with Endeavor, i can gladly say that I made the right choice. I was not a dull student, but i never realised how bad my basics were until i joined Endeavor, which were then duly taken care of. A dedicated and top class faculty who'll remove even an iota of doubt in your mind, an exhaustive library which is replenished at regular intervals, personal attention to all the students, all these are added advantages. To get into a reputed b-school, CAT should not be the only target. Different approach for different exams like SNAP, FMS, IIFT, XAT etc. was taught to me at Endeavor. Along with this preparation, the workshops, held at Endeavor, helped me a lot to increase my knowledge related to the corporate world, which made me desperate to gain more knowledge in my post graduation. Also with the GD/PI training given to me, I was able to convert my 100% of the call.

“If you are not serious about your career don’t join Endeavor” - was the first thing they told me. Well, I joined and realized that if I put in efforts towards fulfilling my dream of getting into a B-school, Team Endeavor would put in ten times than that. Continuous monitoring by very knowledgeable faculty ensured that I knew my strengths and corrected my weakness, and they had a very clear preparations plan for me to follow ensuring that I performed the best when it mattered the most, be it the written exams or the interviews. Endeavor taught me to believe in yourself, target the best, and achieve it. Particularly for people like me who took up education after a gap of 10 years and solving mathematics after a gap of 15 years, I wouldn’t have made it to NMIMS without ENDEAVOR.
