We are looking out for the right candidates for the following positions for Ahmedabad, Baroda, Jaipur and Vallabh Vidya Nagar.

1. Centre Manager(s) : One who can handle the Centre effectively and efficiently and produce consistent results.
Job Description : Candidate will have to actively engage himself/herself in teaching/mentoring/counseling students. All the areas tested in Quantitative, Data interpretation, Analytical Reasoning and Logic will have to be covered. Good convincing power and command over the language are desirable.
Candidate Profile : Ability to manage the brand, dynamic, passion and genuine concern for students, high levels of initiative & enthusiasm, excellent co-ordination & presentation skills, training, marketing initiatives, servicing and supporting students, etc are desired skills. In short, he/she will be independently building, nurturing and motivating a team to successfully manage a centre and achieve targets. You should be preferably a MBA / M. Tech with relevant experience in managing, administering and productively running the centre. Experience of teaching students for CAT/GMAT/GRE/TOEFL level English, Maths, Reasoning and Data Interpretation Areas would be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience : 1 - 3 years in services industry.

2. Faculty - Quantitative and Logic Areas: One who can handle CAT/GMAT/GRE level Maths, Reasoning and Data Interpretation Areas.
Job Description : Candidate will have to actively engage himself/herself in teaching/mentoring/counseling students. All the areas tested in Quantitative, Data interpretation, Analytical Reasoning and Logic will have to be covered. Good convincing power and command over the language are desirable.
Candidate Profile : Dynamic, passionate about teaching, having love for Maths training are some of the essential attributes you must exude. Helping a student succeed is supposed to be the prime motto of your role. You should be preferably a BE / MSc (Maths). Also, anyone who has a strong flair for Quantitative Skills will be considered. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.
Minimum Experience : 1 year.

3. Faculty - Language and Personality Areas: One who can handle CAT/GMAT/GRE/TOEFL level English and Personality Training
Job Description : Candidate will have to actively engage himself/herself in teaching/mentoring/counseling students. All the areas tested in Language (Vocabulary, Grammar, Usage, Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning and Verbal Logic etc.). Superior Language and Communication Skills are a must.
Candidate Profile : Dynamic, passionate about teaching, having love for language training are some of the essential attributes you must exude. Helping a student succeed is supposed the prime motto of your role. You should be preferably a PG in English/Communication. Also, anyone who has a strong flair for English Language will be considered. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.
Minimum Experience : 1 year

4. Career Advisor(s): One who can understand the potential of the students and suggest the accurate course focusing on making a great career.
Job Description : Career counseling, advising and guidance, follow-up of candidates for enrolments, PR with current & prospective students, Routine Administration.
Candidate profile : Fresh BBA / Fresh MBA / Psychology Graduate, excellent communication, computer and people relationship skills, deadline / target oriented approach is a must.
Compensation : Best in the industry and shall solely depend on candidate’s profile/merit/competency and experience.

5. Marketing Professional(s): One who can understand the market potential of the area & sketch a plan to achieve the self-taken targets with all possible marketing tools and techniques.
Job Description : Continuous Market and Competitive Research, Tapping the potential students using advertising and marketing campaigns, Preparing and following the set marketing plans, ensuring that the targets are achieved by team work, Public Relationship management with college and other related authorities, identifying and negotiating outdoor media for promotion, fixing up presentations and wrokshops at colleges and routine marketing activities and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile : dynamic, passionate, deadline/ target oriented, enthusiastic and initiator. The candidate should also possess excellent presentation, marketing, communication skills, computer, people relationship and servicing skills. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.
Minimum Experience : 1 - 3 years in services industry.

6. Administrative Professional(s): One who can understand the administrative needs facing the organization and can complete within the given time limit.
Job Description : Maintain staff regularity records, fixed assets management,maintenance of library & student attendance records, handling phone calls, inventory Control, customer service and routine Administration.
Candidate profile : Fresh BBA / Fresh MBA / Fresh B.Com /Fresh M.Com Graduate, Excellent communication and organizing skills, High level of process and system compliance, computer savvy, deadline / target oriented approach. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.

7. Business Development Professional(s): One who can understand the market potential and continuously strive to increase Business Partnerships with alike partners.
Job Description : Continuously discovering new Business partners, assessing their viability and interest, managing setup and consistently support.
Candidate profile : BBA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com or any graduate with existing huge network possessing excellent communication, people relationship, negotiation, PR & computer skills. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.

8. Human Resources Professional: One who can understand the Human Resource needs facing the organization and can involve fully into getting the right Human Resources at the right time.
Job Description : Handling location/regional HR requirements, recruitment & selection process starting from procuring requirements and sourcing resumes, coordinating for tests, interviews, final selection to processing papers. Conducting induction programs, handling performance management process, designing training modules and coordinating for training programs and organizing local events and other HR-related activities.
Candidate profile : BBA in HR / MBA in HR / Master in HR with good networking, excellent communication, organizing, people relationship, negotiation & PR skills. Additionally, high level of process orientation and system compliance, computer skills and meeting committed deadlines would be necessary. Prior relevant work Experience will be desirable, though not compulsory.
Minimum Experience : 1 year.
