Coaching, guiding, directing, imparting and training a CAT cracker at Endeavor is done using a unique methodology - “The Endeavor Way” which follows an ideal 4 phase approach detailed below:

Phase I: Foundation       

The focus of the first phase is to develop fundamental concepts to help re-learn the basics and concentrates on setting solid foundations for the student and can be seen as a ground zero preparation aiming at improving Quantitative, Verbal and Logic Fundamentals. Each session is accompanied with an exercise with the aid of which faculty introduces the concepts of the different topics. The relevance of these exercises is not only to help the students understand the concepts, but also to deal with short-cuts and tricks to work smart. Introducing Mental Calculative ability, Logical Interpretation and insisting on Reading habits would also add up credence to this phase. To add-up Vocabulary building exercises will also play a rational role in this phase.

Phase II: Fundamentals       

The development of core test areas viz. quantitative ability, verbal ability, english usage, vocabulary & reading comprehension, logical reasoning, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, etc commences sensibly from this phase through intensive classroom teaching and comprehensive study material. Completion of each chapter is followed by a test and individual analysis with a motive to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate. Followed by it, work towards removing the weaknesses by providing exhaustive class exercises and home assignments initiates and persists till they are removed.

Phase III: Endeavor     

The focus now shifts from development of core test areas to exam strategy, balancing and improvising the accuracy to speed ratio and self-analysis of one’s own strengths and weaknesses. This is all executed by emphasizing on a unique module consisting of speed building tests: CSEM – CAT Speed Enhancer Module. This module is designed to focus on the other important factor of any entrance exam i.e. speed and has raised the speed of solving a question remarkably by as much as & 80 – 100 % of our past students.
After this the sectional tests, which are a mixture of different topics of varied toughness, come into picture. With the EMCs (Endeavor Mock CATs), FLTs (Full Length Tests) and Online Tests students embark on the final stretch of their preparatory journey. This phase is all about test-taking and analysis. The motive of all the 100+ mock papers is to remove the unpredictable nature of CAT and making the student realize that he will do it. The distinctiveness of this phase is that every test, whether its speed building, sectional, EMC or FLT, is followed by an in-depth analysis catering to all variants of paper as well as students, which makes the students apprehend the blunders they have done and take pre-emptive measure not to reiterate it.
Specially Designed Current Affairs Module(s) to give a clearer idea of happenings across the World and India, along with knowledge database for improving General, Economics, Business, Political, Social, Rural and other knowledge is also made available in this phase, to assist preparation for entrance exams which test these competencies.

Phase IV: Cruise Control     

This final phase works extensively in developing the all round personality of the student and guides him in mastering the right mix of communication skills and analytical approach required to tackle the personality tests - group discussion and personal interview. Training on all Group Discussion and Personal Interview formats by distinguished panel of interviewers including industry representatives and IIM alumni.
