• An investment capacity of Rs. 8 – 20 Lakhs, depending on the market size of the city with respect to education industry. 
• Centre space required is 1000 to 2500 sq. ft of carpet area which is centrally located front facing infrastructure with sufficient parking space. It should preferably be located in students’ proximity area, have good accessibility, visible from the main road, and have good signage options.
• Infrastructure development should comply with infrastructure SOPs and branding policy provided by the Parent Company.
